DANA Estates is dedicated to making small lots of distinctive, estate grown wines at the base of the Mayacamas Mountains.
Dana is a Sanskrit term meaning “the Spirit of Generosity," and it represents the appreciation the owners have for those that worked the soil before them in this magical place, as well as the foundation laid by previous generations of vintners. All of their wines are farmed organically and with great intention, and only the best barrels are chosen for each vintage.
Besides having the rare opportunity to learn more about the winery from both Jae and Scott, guests will enjoy six courses from our kitchen paired with six wines from their portfolio, including the elusive and dynamic Hershey Sauvignon Blanc 2021, the Vaso and Onda Cabernets, and several of their highly prized, single-vineyard Cabernet Sauvignons.
